I want to say a massive thank you I had placed a order to be delivered in 2 weeks time when my current food supply would be used up, however I had to contact you to say my puppy was not well and I had been told to take him off current flavour as they wanted him to not have chicken, I contact you by email requesting If my order could be processed sooner and within minutes I had a reply and you sent it out straight away thank you so much for such a fantastic service, I hope to review my next order again with a positive outcome to the flavour change for now I have a very happy cocker spaniel puppy loving the new taste, Look forward to placing many future orders with your company.
