After receiving the item I ordered (quite quickly too I should add) it became apparent that it wasn't exactly what I was looking for. Having said that, I contacted the folks at Copper Joint, and they offered to reimburse me. The team is extremely accomodating and considerate. It makes me wish that the product was what I needed, because dealing with them was so pleasant :).
