I tried numerous times to email you and you said you would get back to me. I wanted to exchange the foot/ankle brace for a larger size. The medium was WAY too small. No one has reached out to me although each time they said someone would contact me. It concerns me that there was no other way to contact you so that I could speak to someone in person.
