I have, however, received numerous marketing emails from you so please interface w that department for my correct address (which I wish I could state here!) Frustratingly, HERE is the only means I’ve found where someone has actually responded to me. Your contact address store@copperjoint.com is not a viable address. My emails bounce back to me as “undeliverable” or “mailbox full.” . I am not out to hurt your business!! I honor anyone who is trying to make an honest living. I’m sorry I cannot comment on your product. The size I ordered should have fit me, I’m sorry it didn’t. Just to say to customers to consider ordering large. And yes one of the boxes remains unopened.
