I cannot say how they are as I did not receive them. The delivery shows as completed Mar.14th but they delivery guy never contacted me by either apartment buzzer or my phone. He must have left it in the lobby but did not read the sign do not leave in lobby as parcels go missing. I did notice you did not include my unit 210 In the address. Still driver should have called me. I was home all day Tues. did not see tracking until Wed. morning went down and no package in lobby. So needless to say I am not impressed. Contacted DHL all they said was contact you. I did send comment to you attached to the original shipping document you sent me Feb.14th. Product landed in destination country Feb.24 but took to Mar.14th to supposed deliver. I am waiting to office staff returns to see what cameras show if anything. Regards, Cec Kozloski
