I 1st ordered your arch support for my husband. it was just what he needed and His Dr wanted to know where we found such a perfect support. But when i meant to re order it i ordered the ankle support by mistake. I did re order the correct item but i am finding it very hard to return the 2 ankle supports that were ordered wrong. I get no response by phone and recently sent an email to learn how to return for a refund but have not yet had response.
