The ordering process, shipping, tracking and quality was fine. I believe, however, that this sleeve was mislabeled because it is considerably smaller that the previous sleeve I received. Both are supposed to be Medium and both are labeled "M" but, laying flat, the first one I received is 3/4" larger than the second one (see photo). The larger one (on top in the photo) is the correct fit for me and the second one is not, and has not expanded to the right size since I started using it.
