Company did not provide tracking number until we asked for it after 2 weeks of no delivery. They then claimed it was shipped and delivered, but we never received it and USPS confirmed it was never delivered. They then claimed that we were supposed to purchase shipping protection, though they provide no proof that it was actually shipped. This company is a scam.
