Hi Beverley, Many thanks for your lovely review and detailed feedback. I'm sorry to hear that they weren't a perfect fit. They're designed to fit a range of chairs within a size range. I wonder if the stool cover would have worked better, it's a smaller size (up to about 52cm) from top of the chair to where the legs begin and slightly narrower at the top. If you'd like to email us at info@chairfx.com we could cross check the measurements for you and if the others haven't been used and could be returned as new, we'll be happy to do an exchange for you. Many thanks for your review Emma. I am sorry to hear that the colour was darker than appeared on your screen. It's a challenge for all retailers with the colour that you see online vs the colour it looks in real life. This is due to different screen resolutions. We do our best to represent our products as realistically as possible. If you would prefer, you can always return your chair covers so long as unused and in the original packets. We would refund per our t&cs on the back of your invoice and on the website.
